Owners:
Access Body Corporate information related to meetings and legal requirements for your complex
Trustees / Directors:
Access all Body Corporate information related to the following:
-Finance (Budgets, Bank Statements, Supplier Invoices, Management Reports, etc,)
-Meetings (Notices and Minutes)
-Insurance
-Rules and Legislation
-Sections and Layouts
Property Investors:
Access consolidated summaries related to the following:
-All levy accounts within portfolio
-All rental/tenant account balances in real time
-Prepaid utility vending accounts
User notes

This application is available for anyone to download, but your property must be situated within a Body Corporate or Home Owners Association managed by ANGOR Property Specialists (Pty) Ltd. If you are an owner or a property investor and your property is managed by ANGOR you then have the option of either registering on the ANGOR website (www.angor.co.za) or registering directly with the Owner application. The application uses the same login details as the website.
