LOGIN WITH A SINGLE PIN
In order to use Mobile Branch, all you have to do is set your password. Once you have verified your device with the security steps, Mobile Branch recognizes you and allows you to log in quickly with a single PIN you specify.
FIRST PASSWORD
Can be obtained by calling the Kuveyt Turk Call Center at 444 0 123 or through the Instant Password menu on the Internet Branch. Our corporate customers need to contact their branches to obtain their passwords for the first time.
VERIFICATION
You will need to verify your device when logging in for the first time to Mobile Branch. The verification must be done by connecting to the Internet via your GSM number that is registered at our bank (If not done with your registered GSM number, you will be asked to approve your device through the Call Center). After verifying a device you can give approval for using the Mobile Branch on other devices as well.
